Research Focus/Interests: 1. Cellular and molecular mechanisms of pulmonary vascular remodeling (PVR) in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) 2. Molecular and diagnostic pathology of bone and soft tissue.

Biography

Dr. Zhu has been engaged in pathological diagnosis, teaching and scientific research since he graduated from school in 2002. In 2004 and 2013, he went to Essen and Hamburg, Germany as visiting scholars, mainly engaged in molecular pathology related work. In 2015, he studied bone pathology in the Department of Pathology of Shanghai Sixth Hospital. He has accumulated rich experience in pathological diagnosis and molecular pathology of bone and soft tissue tumors. He presided over or participated as a major member in 3 projects funded by NSFC, and published more than 30 papers as the first or correspondent author, among which 13 papers were indexed by SCI.
