Biography

Hongmei Yang graduated with a Doctorate from the School of Life Sciences at Wuhan University in 1999. In 2000, she did her post-doc at Harvard Medical School, and was recruited by Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2009 as a full-time professor. From 2009 to the present, she has secured funding from NFSC and several grants from the Hubei and Wuhan governments. She has published about 50 SCI dissertations.
