Clinical Focus:

Research Focus/Interests: Growth factor and amino acid signaling in carcinogenesis Growth factors and amino acids are required for cellular growth and their abundances are dynamically maintained. His lab is interested in how cells sense and respond to the changing contents of growth factors and amino acids. As the abnormal growth factors and amino acid signaling are commonly found in tumors, we aim to decipher how cancer cells hijack these signaling pathways.
