Clinical Focus:
Research Focus/Interests: Our research is focused on histone and non-histone protein post-translational modifications, such as methylation, acetylation and ubiquitination et al. Dysregulation of the homeostasis of histone or non-histone protein modification may lead to pathogenesis of developmental disorders and diseases including cancer. Our aim is to clarify the molecular mechanism of histone or non-histone protein modifications in cancer, and provides new therapeutic targets.
